This is how I knew as a kid that white people were lying about not being racist - they pretended stuff that happened in relatively recent memory ('colorblindness' had already been a trend in the 90s) had occured so long ago that nothing of that era could remain.

I don't think so. I think the evidence points to the people who run the media thinking that Trump is a good President and believing that they'd prefer he run things compared to Democrats. I think the reason they think this is similar to why most Trump supporters like him. bsky.app/profile/knot...

Ukraine is short about 1 gigawatt of generation capacity, according to the national power company. The gas plants that Zelenskyy had promised would have provided an estimated 600 megawatts. These plants never got off the ground, because it would have interfered with the corruption schemes.
We should have made corruption during wartime a capital offense. Shame.
