One of the great under discussed developments of the past year or so is how Royal Mail have largely given up on the idea of delivering post. They've moved on, god knows to what, but the rest of society still seems to be stuck in the naive notion that paying £1.70 for a stamp means something.

The Vatican are allowed to take part in Eurovision and really it's a missed opportunity that they don't - either gag entries like the Pope rapping from the Pope mobile - or take it 100% serious and write a new hymn every year for square kids to sing at school.
