Dream SecState, one of the only Dem foreign policy guys who will retain a sliver of respectability in several different parts of the world when we're in power again
Today, I spoke with Kilmar Abrego Garcia and his wife, Jennifer. In April, when I met with him in El Salvador, Trump said he would never set foot in the U.S. again.

This case has never been about one man alone; if the govt can violate the constitutional rights of one, all our rights are threatened.

For my part, I would say that questioning the framing of some Times stories—for example, the highlighting of Trump’s putative emotions or the foregrounding of what he says (even when, as is often the case, what he says is false)—is not an indication that I want my “views validated.”

Hearing has gone off the rails. Beach held Kim to three minutes (a proponent of the bill was given much longer), and said Kim votes with Trump. Essentially yelling at each other

everyone is trying AND FAILING to yield their time to the US fucking Senator who took the day off to testify against this, because Trenton does not want to hear his testimony (multiple people have tried to yield to Kim and Beach is rejecting each one in turn)
The committee called policy analyst Peter Chen to testify. Chen, who said Andy Kim has a train to catch, offered to give his time to Kim. Chairman Jim Beach said no, sparking murmurs in the crowd

Proud to announce that @sanders.senate.gov is endorsing our campaign for Congress!

I worked with Bernie in 2020 for the same reasons I'm running now: to un-rig the economy and make it work for working people, not billionaires and corporations.

A better world is possible. Let's win this.

My wokest opinion is that there shouldn’t be any private high schools or elementary schools.

Education is a matter of the common public good and everyone at the K-12 level should have an equal opportunity with the same resources to attain a common educational baseline.
"my least woke opinion is---"

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.

something I've been thinking about if/when we retake power is we're really going to need to shock & awe the elites with accountability. hit em hard and fast. gotta break the entire system and don't give it time to regroup.
Important to understand the Epstein stuff and the fascism and the corruption are, in a lot of ways, really all the same story from different angles: powerful men who can and do abuse vulnerable people around them because they can, and because systems of elite accountability catastrophically failed

Meanwhile, here's an example of the horrendous things found in Hillary Clinton's emails—the only story worth covering for any serious news outlet in 2016, apparently.

This email is also regarding a child who suffered abuse from a grown man.
