What conservatives mean when they say they are "under attack for their views" is that they are being accurately understood as the sort of people who hold the sort of views conservatives hold, and that makes them afraid they will be treated the way conservatives treat those whose views they scorn.
The fact is no presenter has ever had to leave the BBC for expressing conservative views, or even explicitly endorsing a right-wing party.

What do these weird folks do with airplanes or bathrooms in homes? There is so much to tackle in terms of equality rights and human rights violations, but no: let's be weird about toilet signage because somehow signs are magical wards that stop predators - who are well known for following ... rules?
My personal opinion: use whatever toilet you are most comfortable with.

It doesn’t bother me.
Because I’m a grownup who doesn’t invent things to be afraid of.

It is IMO striking that Britain managed to be deeply involved in a two decade occupation of Afghanistan that our key ally knew in 2005 - four years in - was certainly doomed, and yet we stuck it out long enough for our special forces to commit a series of bloodcurdling atrocities, then forgot.
The public inquiry into the Iraq War was as damning as it’s possible to be within this system. The parliamentary report on Libya tore the government a new arse. Both of them were instantly thrown in the bin and never mentioned again, in favour of inviting the culprits on TV and giving them peerages.

then, the transphobes , feeling victorious at how many people they have made unhappy and despairing in the previous week, move on to anything else that has a spectrum and the possibility of more colours than they can conceive - such hateful people - they cannot understand anything that is not THEM
