Environmental protesters are being given licence conditions on release from jail that are supposed to be limited to extremism cases.

Ella Ward, 22, was banned from going to any meetings or gatherings, except for worship, without permission.

Hundreds of sign-holders arrested under the Terrorism Act on September 6th have been advised that their bail conditions are to be dropped and they will be “Released Under Investigation” (RUI).

857 arrests were made on that day.

Three Just Stop Oil protesters have been cleared over a protest at Stonehenge during which orange powder was sprayed on to the prehistoric circle.

When juries are given the facts, they make decisions using their conscience. That is how fair trials work.
