RELEASED UNDER INVESTIGATION
Hundreds of sign-holders arrested under the Terrorism Act on September 6th have been advised that their bail conditions are to be dropped and they will be “Released Under Investigation” (RUI).

The Home Office lost today, and Huda’s team WON a cross-appeal!
Two additional grounds have been granted, further strengthening Huda’s chances of overturning the ban.
(Note that the cross-appeal wouldn’t have happened had they not tried to block the judicial review…)
