Press Release | Gaza Government Media Office ⛔ 60 days after the ceasefire: 738 Israeli violations keep Gaza under siege as humanitarian compliance stalls at 38% Between October 10 and December 9, 2025, government agencies recorded 738 ceasefire violations, including: ▪️ 205 direct shootings of civilians ▪️ 37 military incursions ▪️ 358 shelling and targeting of homes ▪️ 138 detonations and destruction operations ⚠️These violations resulted in 386 people killed, 980 wounded, and 43 arrests. On the humanitarian front, only 13,511 aid trucks entered Gaza out of 36,000 planned, a 38% commitment. Just 315 fuel trucks arrived out of 3,000, or 10%, leaving hospitals, bakeries, and water stations near collapse. The office said these violations amount to deliberate circumvention of the ceasefire and an attempt to impose starvation and coercion. It called on the UN, the international community, and the agreement’s sponsors to force full compliance, ensure aid flow, and protect civilians without conditions.

The prisoners rights org says the prisoners are being held without judicial oversight and their families are barred from visits or basic health information under arbitrary detention, which constitutes a war crime under the Fourth Geneva Convention.
