The trans community’s trust in the NHS’ new puberty blocker trial is low and I can’t help but wonder whether they could have prevented that by involving ANY trans people in its design or operation, and maybe not involving several people who have attended conferences of anti-LGBTQ hate groups

Whilst visibility is important I know many of us are scared at present. I'm practicing "Don't ask, don't tell".
I won't tell services I'm trans and if asked, I'll respond with a question: "Yeah, others have asked that. So, why do you ask?"

I think the key point is that the EHRC is actively campaigning – aggressively, and now in court – to strip rights from a group with a protected characteristic.

When they say "non-crime hate incident" the police are telling you that the government arent bringing in laws to enable them to treat these hate incidents as crimes. They are telling you they are hate motivated incidents. The government allow it to happen.

The District Judge doesn't consider each of the 5 limbs of Grainger, neither does he set out what Tommy Robinson said his beliefs were. How does this lead to a conclusion of Robinson having a protected belief?
