She/Her. I should put something here but i'm no good at these things.
Why do they seem to be putting more effort into finding the victim than the perpetrator.

Given the victim is claimed to be trans (how do they know if they don't know who they are) under the current regime there is probably a good chance of arresting them for damaging the bottle.

Well she's right the GP can't just issue a new number and that "The NHS" is informed of the change.

It's just it's her, the GP practice who is supposed to inform "The NHS" of the change and they PCSE create the new number and patient record for the GP practice to transfer redacted info to and use

I found the more trivial something was the harder and more picky things became, so yeah electoral roll which forms the backbone of ID checks, simple online update, Three PAYG phone account, refused, I didn't even provide ID to open it in the first place! Likewise switched and ported my no no problem

To be fair I spent a month in Canada and saw plenty of Canadian flags (quite a few progress pride flags too)

But there is something different when flown from a proper flag pole in appropriate locations, not hanging by one cable tie at half mast on a street lamp drooped down over a traffic light

was not a fraction of the graphic description. But then i'm sure it was a test to see how much i grimaced at the idea of my "most important bit" being dissected as such. Of course as a true trans woman I couldn't give a shit and its what i was there for, but still it's unnecessary and disrespectful
November 22, 2025 at 3:26 PM
Wait until the adult clinic and graphic descriptions about how they are going to cut up the penis, scrape out its innards and push it up inside. This is at the referral stage in GIC not surgical consult, i've sat through surgical consults for complex extremely risky knee replacement surgery which.
November 22, 2025 at 3:26 PM
Don't be silly they wouldn't invite you on to defend your existence, when was the last time a trans person was invited onto the BBC news, no it will be two or more straight people in politics debating your marriage, the ones there to defend you only really half assed caring either way.

Whatever comes next of the COP she is going to point to the outcome of this case as justification
November 15, 2025 at 7:45 AM
Probably hoping the court will bail her out of the predicament she finds herself in.

She clearly knows the cop is in a dinghy on a collision course with a Strasbourg supertanker but if she does anything now it's at odds with labour and Starmer public policy and will incur the wrath of the media.
November 15, 2025 at 7:44 AM
It's not like it's entirely within her power to put an end to all this and send the cop back, flush the EHRC of its gender critical activist commissioners, make a bold statement that trans inclusion is government policy.

Nope, that is an entirely different Phillipson who has that power
November 15, 2025 at 7:19 AM
Trouble is that opens the door to a single service being spread over three rooms and therefore third spaces.

I'm sure they will find a way to say article 8 isn't engaged because everyone has to disclose their SAB to use one of the three facilities and cis people have no problem with that obs.
November 15, 2025 at 2:14 AM
It's going to end up as a paper policy only implemented by bigot run organisations against non passing trans people, with everyone fearful of being clocked and thrown out at every interaction. The most actually confronted will be the butch looking gender criticals and I won't shed a tier for them
November 15, 2025 at 2:05 AM
It seems like the likely outcome of this is going to be that the GRA never fixed Goodwin and that is going to rely on ECtHR reopening enforcement against the UK and they may be reluctant to do so with the background narrative of all the main parties toying with the idea of the UK quitting ECHR
November 15, 2025 at 1:59 AM
He's ignoring the difference between desirable and welcome separation and forced segregation with article 8 privacy implications though.
November 15, 2025 at 1:53 AM
The worrying bit is the judge doesn't see segregation as less favourable which opens the door to third spaces being an acceptable solution to him
November 15, 2025 at 1:51 AM
I'm really not sure the argument that inclusion of trans women in female spaces is sex discrimination against cis men though as the EA threats both as male sex so the different treatment can only be based on gender reassignment and a cis man cannot claim on that basis

This argument hasn't been made
November 15, 2025 at 1:47 AM
I'm worried with the judge saying Scottish ministers SC means Sh3 pa26 is no longer single sex if trans ppl admitted and buying into no detriment if alt facilities nearby he is fully buying into the EHRC position of third spaces and will decide no detriment or incompatibility with HRA/ECHR
November 15, 2025 at 1:43 AM
This is where the US GOP Bathroom bans came into difficulties. They started out very basic, much like our SC judgement, Biological M / F. Then people started pointing out janitors, parents with children, carers, and they ended up with long lists of exceptions which highlighted the bigotry for trans
November 14, 2025 at 7:15 PM
Precisely.
November 14, 2025 at 12:00 PM
We'll probably find the ones that do misgender us probably spend their day misgendering cis women too and it's only occasionally they land one on a trans woman.

It's probably why so many GCs are mad at us. They hope if we go away their misgendering experiences go too and they are mad at us for it
