Again, this is NOT WHAT THE COURT IS SAYING in the trans health care case. It's saying the law is allowed to forbid the poor to sleep under bridges and beg in the streets, but legalize the same things for the rich. It explicitly creates two sets of rules for people with and without gender dysphoria.
