Comme attendu, le 🌡 affiche -10 à -13°C sur un large quart NO à la Picardie ce matin à 7h, avec l’effet ❄️ au sol.
De façon assez inhabituelle, gelées très marquées dans la vallée de la Garonne (-7 à -10°C), même valeurs depuis bientôt une semaine sur le centre est.
-30°C à la Brévine (Jura 🇨🇭).

Le mois de décembre aura été très sec sur les Alpes françaises, à de rares exceptions, notamment vers le Mercantour.
Dans certains massifs, comme les Ecrins, l'enneigement est ainsi le plus faible pour la période depuis 2015.

How do we know? Because emissions go up when the policy is removed (transport in this case).

[Noting, biofuels are allocated zero emissions in GHG emission reporting, on the assumption emissions are captured in LULUCF]
