Nee. Gas draait vandaag minder dan tien jaar geleden, en import verdringt vooral gas. Het probleem zit niet in de kernuitstap, maar in hoe we over de elektriciteitsmarkt denken.

In november produceerde de NW-Europese stroomsector relatief veel CO2 per kWh.

Op 1 december heeft België opnieuw een kernreactor definitief gesloten. De opgaande CO2-trend van haar mix zal dus, ondanks veel import, nog wel even aanhouden.
