is this a good deal?

https://www.cyclingeu.com/775494/is-this-a-good-deal-213/

Someone's selling it for 400$, the only somewhat valuable thing I see is the sugino cranks and perhaps the tyres. Steel frame but not specified if CrMo or Hi-ten. Any idea what manufacturer this could be? by hezizou

My friend let me borrow his air pump but I can't find the locking mechanism? I've tried googling the brand but can't find this model specifically. I can connect it to the tyre (it empties it of air) but there is no place to lock it and stop the air flowing out. I feel really

How much would you pay for this fella? I've never owned a Brompton before. This is listed near me, and I seem to have haggled in down to significantly less than the asking price. But still wondering whether it is a decent deal. It includes a carrying case, if that matters. To me, this looks

TLDR: It is basically calories in: calories out – but in my experience high carbs + high fats were a bad move and I did that for a decade, I over-ate and ate anything. Carbs make me hungry later, aren't satiating like fats, but offer benefits for energy and hydration and I found it's best

I just got this Tailfin CargoPack but not really sure how I can mount a Garmin Varia. I’ve there seen their seat mimics and such, but this particular CargoPack is removable and with that, it would stick pretty far off the bottom making it unable to sit on the ground. by KingMithridatesVI
