imo it's just that these behaviors are *incredibly* hard for platforms to change. structurally, someone who posts 12 hours a day has more influence on a site than someone who posts only 2, and there's only so much moderation or the algorithm can do to fix that

Me in NJ "speak for yourself our suburbs subsidize the cities because we actually have giga high property taxes and Abbot and Neo abbot subside every city and subsided Jersey city till 2023!
1. tons of Americans already live in urban centers. 2. tons more would if laws allowed it (urbanized non-urban areas and densifying current urban areas). 3. people might "prefer" aspects of suburban life (e.g. large SFD house) but wouldn't pay for the true cost (i.e. without urban subsidies)

A lot of towns do not provide bus service if you live less than a mile and a half and a lot of towns have horrible sidewalks or you can't walk to school because it's the school is in the middle of like a field or by like a major state route

As the median light commerical truck user the issue is a truck that can't tow without loosing range and gets sub 200 real world miles is a non item for commercial fleet sales and consumers won't buy it since had the appeal of a f-150 is towing the boat or RV once a year
I realize folks don't want to hear this, but we really need to re-examine the conventional wisdom that we can shift the entire US market to pure EV with massive batteries and some light consumer incentives.

I would imagine almost all of Fuentes’ fans are like him, queer men who are also extremely bigoted and thus hang out with horrible bigots and thus hate themselves.
