Not the hep but torque the entire reason Nj bought the ALP/DMs was that the AEMs don't have enough to drive a multilevel III set at 100-125mph (neither do the GP40s which is why the GPs are doing shuttles and lower speed routes) . You could use 2 front and back but that's double the inspections

Just use an 85 foot train , (I mean the arrow has 3 doors, the multilevel is limited like most artics in that it can't have a center door )
