With that being said, Grok and other AI image generators should be destroyed. If we had a just society, it never would have gotten this far.

The end goal of Grok sexual harassment is to make women afraid to be visible. It’s a punishment for daring to exist in a way the perpetrators can’t control. There’s no one solution to this, because the problem isn’t just technological. It’s cultural. It’s misogyny. This is just one expression of it.

trying to out-WSJ the WSJ opinion page is pathetic, even aside from the fact that your opinions are monstrous. what on earth do you offer that the right wing audience you're so desperate to appeal to can't get elsewhere?

I keep thinking about how Trump has framed this as "law enforcement" -- going to back to my idea of "making the military more like police."
Law enforcement in this country is so violent, acting without regard to public safety, so the goal was the make the military more like cops.

Their messaging is so fucking incoherent. Maduro was an illegitimate leader who lost in 2024, which is why we're replacing him with his VP instead of the person who won in 2024. We did this to stop fentanyl, which is why he's indicted for cocaine.

We're also occupying Venezuela via Zoom call.

This was me at the point where Trump wanted troops to go into blue cities based on lies and I figured there would be pushback from the military and goddamn was I wrong
I think those of us who said “surely the military wouldn’t follow an order by Trump to do X” need to recognize that firewall probably doesn’t exist.

let's pretend, for the sake of a particularly stupid argument, that this is true and Trump ordered a military incursion to kidnap a foreign leader to distract from the Epstein files. So what? This is a monstrous, illegal act and divining his motives doesn't change anything.
Schumer: "It makes you think that maybe to Trump he wants to distract the American people, as he always does, from the skyrocketing costs they are facing, from the Epstein files."
