One of the biggest things I've experienced with this kind of thing is that supposed 'true' left is constructed as those that focus solely on economic matters (class analysis, etc), which almost exclusively operates (at least in the ideal) as a (white) working class prioritisation.

The whole way Parliament works needs to modernise. Not being allowed to point out someone’s lying in the house is a joke. Having a partisan speaker is wrong. The system just allows shitheads like Seymour et al to behave hideously. This government have really shown how crap the system is.
Today the Speaker told MPs that the only way to challenge the blatant lies and overt dishonesty of Government Ministers is through the Privileges Committee.

A reminder to the news media: “conflicting accounts” is what you say BEFORE the incontrovertible video evidence appears. After that, your job is to ask why one side is lying, not to repeat the lie and pretend no one knows the truth.
