STILL doesn't actually say 'climate change' in the article - does anyone with inside knowledge of RNZ know if some kind of guidelines have been issued? It's extremely conspicuous by its absence. Otherwise a good article and excellent comments from Mayor Wilde. #nzpol

South Wairarapa mayor Fran Wilde said it was too soon to discuss the cost of the latest clean-up, but it wasn't too early to talk about the long-term challenges.

There’s always plenty of fish in the sea, but not in the Rakaia River. Rakaia’s salmon fishing competition is dead in the water and it’s all because of dirty dairy. The intensive dairy industry has sucked Canterbury’s rivers dry with irrigation to grow enough grass for the oversized dairy herd.

Nothing to see here. Just New Zealand's leading far-right, & disinfo platform following/retweeting Martin Sellner (not for first time either). His ideology is explicitly referenced in title, & feat. throughout 'manifesto' penned by ChCh terrorist. Sellner was also sent ~$1.7k by ChCh terrorist.

Did Nicola Willis just appoint Atlas Network connections to her surprise RBNZ Covid Inquiry?
Willis launches a surprise Covid inquiry with results to come out 6 weeks before the election. Most NZ publications noted her hiring of "independent" experts. I looked further into it.

UNBELIEVABLE! 🤯

Luxon’s idiotic fossil gas terminal will bypass even the fast-track process so that construction can start before the election.

Let that sink in.

Steven Pinker wrote a legal analysis of a *child sex crimes law* as a favor to Epstein and then had the gall to say he had no idea what the guy was accused of.

All of the “hey what’s the big deal here” pageantry is insulting
David Brooks wrote an entire column about offensive it was to say "Epstien Class" without volunteering that he was at a conference with Epstien.
