When you understand that under capitalism a forest has no 'value' until you cut it down, you begin to grasp the root of the ecological crisis we're in.

A forest isn’t simply a collection of trees, it’s a living, breathing community that protects, supports and heals.🌳💚🌍

Imagine a future where parts of the sea are safe zones, with no destructive fishing, no harm, just space for marine life to rest, recover, and thrive 🌊💙⁣

And it is possible — because the Global Ocean Treaty will soon be coming into force, giving governments the power to make this future real.⁣
