Yep. If you have a home you're not living in and you have tenants in it, you have an investment property. Of course you should be liable for a CGT when it sells. #nzpol

That argument breaks down when you remember Richard Pearse, the first man to fly.
Between 9/11 and the number of times Democrats have capitulated to evil to avoid missing flights, there's a utilitarian argument that you could save more lives by killing the infant Wright brothers, or if that's too violent, some sort of scheme where you fuck them both and ruin their relationship.
