These are clearly electioneering - there have been heaps of ads for months. I queried with as @sarah4ilam.bsky.social suggested and got a weak response which suggested it was all ok ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Members and parties can utilise funding for publicity for a parliamentary purpose provided it meets a set of criteria under the Speaker's Directions.
Advertisements are reviewed prior to publication, and to qualify for this funding must:
• Have a parliamentary purpose
• Identify at the time of communication that Parliamentary Service is the funding source
• Have a member or a party who is identifiable as responsible for the publicity
• Does not imply or describe a member as representing an electorate for which they are not the constituency member
• Does not contain explicit electioneering
If an advertisement does not explicitly seek support for or against a particular person or party, it does not meet the threshold of "explicit electioneering".
Communicating the views and policy stances of members and parties has a parliamentary purpose under the Speaker's Directions.
Members and parties are responsible for the content of their messaging; specific queries in relation to this are best placed with the party.
You can find more information in the Speaker's Directions (44-45) and Parliament Act 2025 (section 66).

When you click on the headline it takes you to a very long article singing the praises of the national party. There is also a video that I am definitely not watching. At the top of the page it says advertisement by the nz national party
