When people talk about the excesses of MeToo, they have to lie, because the reality is that there was no massive social reckoning forcing people to believe survivors or hold perpetrators accountable. In fact, there has been a significant backsliding and new punishments in rejection of MeToo

As I wrote this morning, the Democratic Party as an institution is bafflingly committed to the idea that it must be less inclusive in order to grow. So we see growth happen outside the party.

I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

It’s also basically an open secret around City Hall that much of his time is spent calling reporters and editors if he’s unhappy with certain coverage or articles and will yell at them if he feels he’s been wronged.
