HEY FUN FACT: it turns out bluesky perfectly implements the twitter bug where you can upload non-animated GIFs, by renaming them to whatever.png, which causes them to upload as a JPEG
twitter had(has?) that bug too. I wonder if the implemented the other bug... lemme test.
