Valentine’s Day moment…I wish for everyone, someone who gazes at you like my sister’s dog gazes at her.

Don’t worry…The cream and tuna have been put out. And there is now a proper blanket. Obviously this could still all end in tears but Spring brings hope and this kid has made it through the worst couple weeks of winter I’ve seen in Cbus since I moved here.

My 1st #caturday contribution…This cutie seems to be occupying my front porch.

This may have gotten a little out of hand #birds (I promise there are some house finches and juncos in there somewhere).

The SAVE Act is currently before Congress -- this bill would create another barrier to voting by requiring unnecessary citizenship documentation to register.

Voters don't need one more barrier to making their voices heard. Tell your Senators to oppose the SAVE Act!

None of this is hard. Moral choices of this gravity are not complicated. Consult your family, consult your faith advisers. But understand that if you sought and accepted a position of authority, now is the time to lead. And again, these choices, in this moment, are not hard. No pasaran.
