The League of Women Voters is an amazing organization focused on the core value of a pluralistic democracy. LWV is a state, local, & nat'l org. built on expanding the franchise & ensuring election integrity. Listen, share, and join! Protection of our elections is something we can all get into!

Bad news.😔 But we always come back. I think about magazines like Sassy and Jane making such a difference to young women developing an engaged, public consciousness.❤️ Teen Vogue was doing good work. You can’t stop and you won’t stop. Stand up, keep writing! You don’t know your numbers or your allies.
I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.

Sending you support and appreciation. And I am so sorry.

This year, Ohioans are voting on local leadership positions like mayor and school board members that make decisions that impact our daily lives.
Get your personalized ballot by going to www.VOTE411.org where you can see candidate responses to our questions, too.

Getting the whole Ohio State CRP team together for photos is a THING. Getting ready! And then getting it done *sort of*

And the older dog (who has seen this movie before) is not bringing better energy to the party.

I went to a conference to talk to colleagues, mentor early career faculty, present research, and check in with the state of the discipline…and this is the reaction back home.😔
