"The product of writing isn't words" is a phase that is going to stay with me when studying LLMs with anyone.
Essentially, I think that LLM-generated dialogue only makes sense if you believe that the product of writing is words.
But the product of writing isn't words, any more than the product of justice is prisoners, or the product of love is weddings. The product of writing is meaning.

I haven't regretted leaving Twitter for a second and with every crappy addition it becomes a bigger cesspool. This function will be used only for malicious purposes.
Heads up to artists still using Twitter- Twitter is now adding an "Edit image" button under all images posted on the site that allows everyone to feed it into genAI and modify it as they wish with a prompt

A lot of these "romantic" Christmas films seem to actually be stories of fairly regular guys who discover that their partners have been groomed by some sort of Christmas cult and married off to one of its members then sent away to run a bakery or something.

We've just trialled my Xmas day canapés for tea, and I am frigging delighted with how good they are.
They're for vegans to omnis via pescetarian, + dietary restrictions, and it was challenging to come up with a good selection of yummy things that won't take hours to make on the day.
