Wit, raconteur, bon viveur. He is none of these things. A purveyor of cheap mummery and piffle since 1976. Throws random words at a screen for Set The Tape. Bluesky’s foremost Biggles: Adventures In Time aficionado.

An episode of ITV Schools programme "Choices" focussed on Paul Henry, with lots of behind the scenes footage from #Crossroads - features Dee Hepburn and Graham Seed so 86 or 87 I guess.

Love all the bits of Paul switching from his posh "normal" voice to Benny mode!

There's an old Stephen Fry sketch where the new DG of the BBC is told "Everybody seems to hate you" and he replies "Well I do feel that shows I'm getting the balance about right".

Also there's the thing where teenagers don't get exposed to art-house cinema looking for late night nudity but I don't think the iPlayer can help with that right now.
I think it's a shame kids aren't exposed to boring old black and white films on TV at Christmas any more. If you're younger than me (an ancient man of the hills) BBC iPlayer currently has Bringing Up Baby, Some Like It Hot, Double Indemnity, The Third Man & Suspicion. All bangers!
