At about 1m20 the most non-elite US mall ninja shows up with a bafflingly seemingly self inflicted bleeding nose, tucks a shotgun under his taint before tossing a munition canister god knows where, then starts shooting at journalists. If you saw this in a war videogame you’d think it was broken.

people do understand that the nuremberg trials were largely show trials to distract from the fact that the US was poaching any high profile nazis that were beneficial to their cause & that denazification in the west sectors didn't really take off

I’ve never heard of a “law enforcement” agency putting an officer who just killed someone back on the street under 24 hours. And that’s because all shootings are treated as homicides pending investigation. This is as clear a sign as you’ll get that DHS personnel enjoy practical immunity from murder.
CBP chief Bovino has confirmed that the officers who executed Alex Pretti in the street yesterday are not only *not on administrative leave,* they have all been reassigned to other jurisdictions and are all on the street today.

An enduring memory I have from my brief time in MLPS is from right after George Floyd was murdered: as National Guard trucks blocked off the blocks around the smoldering 3rd Precinct building, sidewalks filled with bags of food and supplies for anyone to take. People grieved, then fed one another
I remarked early into the afternoon to a woman standing behind a table covered in organized boxes of hand warmers and coffee and masks how impressively fast these things came together.

There are 5 places within walking distance of my apartment where I can drop off my ballot, which my state automatically mails out. I’m not even counting the post offices or dozens of mailboxes where I could mail it off.
