Most of the time I act totally normal despite the horrors but I've apparently started grinding my teeth while sleeping and I find it impossible to read new books or get into new shows. My bandwidth is really narrow.

I think this is an extremely important point. No government has successfully restrained these people, many have actively enriched them, and they are using their wealth to buy the world they want to see at the cost of ours
