Steve Shirley escaped the Holocaust as a child & went on to found one of the earliest software startups. The really impressive part? She employed women programmers who had been pushed out of the workforce after having kids, & allowed them flexible, family friendly, work from home jobs—in the 1960s!

Social media is part of our everyday lives. It's an outlet for creativity, a way to connect, a source for learning, and a platform for organizing. But like any powerful tool, it can also be dangerous.

TikTok has knowingly ignored its own dangers, so we are taking them to court.

Today a judge misgendered me in open court. Again. And then he smirked about it.

Please stop misgendering people and calling it a joke. You may think it mocks bad people. It just gives bad people cover to mock my community.

The Trump judges on the D.C. Circuit, which has a seven-judge Democratic supermajority, are giving Donald Trump everything he wants.

Today, Gregory Katsas and Neomi Rao ruled that a wholesale move to abolish the CFPB, root and branch, cannot be challenged in the courts at all.

Utter lawlessness.
