The bottom is falling out for Trump and Republicans.

We are witnessing it with our own eyes in real time.

We see it in election results, poll results, court decisions, a splintering GOP base, pushback among GOP rank-and-file, and bubbling anger over everything from prices to ICE.

It’s all there.
This may just be the weakest we’ve ever seen Trump at any point in either of his terms.

His threats are failing.

His lies are failing.

His health is failing.

His economy is failing.

He is still dangerous, but this is a far cry from the dominant Trump we saw in the first 6 months of the year.
Trump’s been having a lot of bad days lately, but today stands out:

*Indiana GOP kills his new maps

*Letitia James indictment fails for a 3rd time

*Judge orders Kilmer Abrego Garcia released

*New poll show him hitting historic lows

*Embarrassing clips of Noem, Leavitt making the rounds

The way he brings in Anchorage, Alaska (where Putin made 0 concessions) I read as “Putin threatened Trump in Alaska, and by bringing up Alaska, he is reminding Trump of that threat”. Gotta read these people as the mobsters they are!

I swore an oath to the Constitution in 1986. I've upheld it through 25 years of service and every day since I retired.

If Trump's trying to intimidate me, it won’t work. I’ve given too much to our country to be silenced by bullies who care more about power than the Constitution.

Seeing a lot of folks who either don’t know what the usual numbers look like or who didn’t go look at the demographics and methodology and are treating this as a _meh_ data point when anything close to this would be earth-shaking. Believe it when you see it, etc, but these are GOP extinction numbers
Generic Ballot Polling Among White Voters:

🔵 Democrats: 50%
🔴 Republicans: 46%

Idk if that deal was right or the best timing, but people have been nuts. The GOP budget was what finished the subsidies. Harris ran on extending them. People needed to vote. We’re in a good position for the next round in Feb. It wasn’t nothing. The suffering’s on the GOP & voters/enablers.

Eight months later, Epstein was found dead in a prison run by the Trump administration.

A COUPLE OF EMAILS IS NOT A WHOLE NEWS STORY SAYS A FORMER NYT REPORTER

I CANNOT RIGHT NOW MAN, I AM CRASHING THE FUCK OUT. LOOK AT HOW STUPID THESE ASSHOLES THINK YOU ARE! THEY THINK WE ARE ALL TROGLODYTES!
The emails that you’re seeing now are news in themselves, but that’s because of how they’re coming out—a congressional committee released them—& the context in which they’re being viewed. A guy emailing a reporter talking about old girlfriends or saying someone is “dirty” is not a whole news story.

At the same time the NY Times was hyping Hillary Clinton's emails, it had a reporter with emails from Jeffrey Epstein that were highly damaging to Trump.

The more NYT apologists try to minimize this the clearer it becomes that they don't understand why much of the public doesn't trust legacy media.
