Looks like VP Harris gave Mark Kelly access to her email list with a Fight For the People PAC fundraising email offering split donations. Same language as the Kelly/DNC split email that went out a few hours ago. He’s not up for reelection again until 2028 but it’s good to see the support.

I was told repeatedly by politics-knowers on the internet in recent days that Democrats didn’t care about this even though this is literally the Democratic legislator who wrote Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act weighing in.
I wrote section 230 to protect user speech, not a company's own speech. I've long said AI chatbot outputs are not protected by 230 and that it is not a close call. Given that the Trump administration is going to the mat to protect pedophiles, states should step in to hold Musk and X accountable.

It says a lot of bad (unsurprising) things about white voters that none of the actual fraud was used against the ticket in 2024 when charges were already happening because bs swiftboating was the line of attack against him. They mostly just ignored it until they could find ways to be super racist.
