I've been pushing the admin to release Hurricane Helene recovery funds after months of delay. This is an important bipartisan victory. And I won't stop fighting until all this aid is released.

Saddened by the tragic news of the shooting at Brown University. May God give peace to the parents and families of the victims, strength and courage to our country to do all we can to stem the awful scourge of gun violence.

GOOD NEWS: After months of pressure, the admin in DC finally released $300 million+ of the long delayed Hurricane Helene aid funds for GA.
This proves that we can win battles when we raise our voices together.

Today we remember the Americans we lost in the attack on Pearl Harbor and honor the courage they showed in the face of that tragedy. My father was a World War II veteran, and I saw first-hand the service, selflessness, and sacrifice of his generation. May we live up to the example they set.
