Merry Christmas! Grateful today for the greatest gift of all, for God so loved the world that He gave His only Son. Blessings on you and those you love. Joy to the world!

Merry Christmas Eve! May the glory of the season and spirit of the holiday fill your hearts with joy and love. Peace on earth, goodwill to all.

Though billows roll,
He keeps my soul
My Heavenly Father
watches over me.

I want America to win.

But we’re not going to win if we cut our children off from opportunities.

Invest in education, invest in the next generation, and it will pay dividends for all of us.

First, they raised prices with their tariffs.
Then, they kicked millions of people off their health care.
Next, they took food away from hungry people.

Ask yourself: Who benefits from all this pain and suffering?
December 21, 2025 at 4:47 PM
This is anything but a “golden age.”

Prices are up, health care premiums are doubling, people are worried about their jobs.

Don’t let cynical forces convince you that this is the best we can do.

I know America can do better than this.
December 20, 2025 at 8:50 PM
I find it disturbing when politicians and the media turn health care into a political game.

Who won? Who lost?

This is about people’s lives. Health care is literally life or death.

No wonder people are losing faith in our system.

I've been pushing the admin to release Hurricane Helene recovery funds after months of delay. This is an important bipartisan victory. And I won't stop fighting until all this aid is released.

Those with no vision traffic in division.

They do not know how to lead us.

So they are trying to divide us.

Happy Hanukkah to our Jewish friends, family, and neighbors! I hope this year’s festival of lights brings joy and love into your homes. Chag sameach!

If you want to talk about waste, fraud, and abuse, let’s talk about the fact that major corporations are paying some of their employees so little that they need SNAP just to survive.

Saddened by the tragic news of the shooting at Brown University. May God give peace to the parents and families of the victims, strength and courage to our country to do all we can to stem the awful scourge of gun violence.

Some in Washington are more angry at poor people than they are at poverty.
December 13, 2025 at 4:00 PM
GOOD NEWS: After months of pressure, the admin in DC finally released $300 million+ of the long delayed Hurricane Helene aid funds for GA.

This proves that we can win battles when we raise our voices together.

I will keep fighting until every dollar is released.

I just voted YES on extending the ACA tax credits and preventing health premiums from doubling next year.

I’ve voted to protect these credits over a dozen times because Georgians can’t afford this.

Sadly, Republicans in DC keep voting it down.
December 11, 2025 at 6:58 PM
There is still time to extend the Obamacare credits before premiums spike next year.

To my colleagues on the other side of the aisle: Put partisan politics aside and do the right thing.

Lord heal the land.

This President put a TV news host in charge of our national defense. Unsurprisingly, it is not going well.

Pete Hegseth is the most unfit, unqualified Defense Secretary in history.

He should resign.
December 8, 2025 at 6:38 PM
There are more than 2,000 verses of Scripture that tell us how to treat the poor.

And none of those verses say we should take food away from hungry children, slash health care for the vulnerable, and give tax cuts to the rich.

These policies bear false witness against the God I know.

Today we remember the Americans we lost in the attack on Pearl Harbor and honor the courage they showed in the face of that tragedy. My father was a World War II veteran, and I saw first-hand the service, selflessness, and sacrifice of his generation. May we live up to the example they set.

An incredible game tonight in Atlanta. Congratulations to the Georgia Bulldogs on securing another SEC Championship! GO DAWGS!
December 7, 2025 at 12:46 AM
Every day it becomes more clear that Pete Hegseth is endangering the safety of our troops.

Enough is enough.

I’m calling on him to resign effective immediately.
December 6, 2025 at 10:28 PM
They took health care away from millions of Americans and called it waste, fraud, and abuse.

What are you saying about those Americans?

These are our neighbors who deserve care.
December 6, 2025 at 7:28 PM
It’s rich that this administration wants to spend all day lecturing us about “DEI” when this President has hired some of the most unfit, unqualified people to government that this nation has ever seen.
