I am more than comfortable with calling out allies who can't even say the word trans. Like no, Rowling's problem isn't with "queer people", "the LGBTQ+ community", or "the gays." It's trans people. She hates TRANS people, she wants TRANS people dead, and she's TRANSphobic.

It was an honour to attend the RNIB's 'Out of Sight: vision rehabilitation' drop-in.
I heard about the difference that timely access to local authority support - known as vision rehabilitation, can make, and learnt more about this vital but often overlooked part of social care.

bbc leadership banned their employees from attending pride a few years ago.
i don't know how that works in practice but it was around the same time they dumped stonewall.
the obvious anti-lgbt+ bias at the bbc has gone ignored for years now. they're a disgusting organisation.
