When I was doing state admin law at CalDOJ, we denied a license to work in a gambling establishment for the misdemeanor CIMT of tagging a 110 Freeway pylon in LA. 🤷‍♂️

It was mandatory denial, so didn't have any choice, but pretty wild that it qualified. A lot of our precedent was immigration cases.

As of Friday, there have been 46 cases in which federal judges have blocked Trump policies.

The rulings in those cases have come from 39 different judges appointed by 5 different presidents (of both parties) to 11 different district courts across 7 different circuits.

Maybe it's not the judges?
