i don’t think i’ve ever been at risk of poster’s madness, but occasionally logging off for a month has been a helpful reminder that with like maaaybe a dozen exceptions, no one anywhere ever has actually cared what i have to say, which honestly is probably healthy.

the second season has changed format and the round is now “open up for the choo-choo” and i am almost positive they’re ADRing in slurps and mmms and the aaah sound of opening mouths and to be clear this is the most delighted i have been with emptyhead entertainment in a while.
we needed some low stakes entertainment and we’re watching a korean cooking show with true blind taste test rounds, where the judges are blindfolded and fed very carefully with a spoon by other people, and i now want every western cooking show to involve a “here comes the airplane” round.

one of my favorite nonwife memories from the otherwise dismal beforetimes is that my dysphoria hoodie was pink & i messaged all the queers at the bar to ask “can i pull off pink” like a nervous kitten & a gay guy & a lesbian texted back “you were *born* to wear pink,” which has only gotten funnier.

I hate that we live in a world where a woman's joy in her own appearance can be used against her with a few keystrokes and an overdeveloped sense of entitlement.
