of course, the moderate groups have been WRONG ABOUT EVERYTHING, in electoral terms, so we should consider that when we consided their advice
But moderate groups are explicitly advising Democrats not to discuss climate change. That message resonates with @schatz.bsky.social and @gallego.senate.gov who both told me they plan to use the frame of affordability to tout more clean energy deployment.

the entirety of the british press talked themselves into believing this woman is trans based almost entirely on JK Rowling's judgement of the athlete's appearance.
Nothing illustrates the arseholery of the IOC and the British Press more than the use of the image of a not-Trans woman to illustrate a story about trans women being banned (because there are no current trans women competing at this level)

Talking Oglaf with Trudy Cooper and Doug Bayne: 'We'd stay up all night drawing stuff to make each other laugh' - The Comics Journal
Other than some time off every year for Christmas, Trudy Cooper and Doug Bayne have delivered a new Oglaf comic, skewering fantasy tropes with absolutely not safe for work humor, every week since 2008...

The real objection to the murder of Brianna Ghey from UK politicians appears to be is that it got ahead of the anti-trans political project, and was morally reprehensible, gruesome, and in public—in other words, an embarrassment. They demand hidden institutional murder, instead

I just bought a dozen of these stickers to see how they'd come out. If they come out well, I'm going to order a bunch more to give away (in both trans and lesbian) 😊

When somebody attempts to persuade you that a moral issue is complicated the first thing you should do is to look for the perspectives or interests which are not valid or morally significant but which you are being asked to accept as valid or morally significant.
that new democrat strategy document cites sarah mcbride's transphobia as justification for everybody else's transphobia in the introduction :)

There's a question here that I don't think a lot of people want to ask, because the answer is just too grim to contemplate, and that's how is this murder not a policy victory for the British government? Is this not the intended outcome of smearing trans people as dangerous predators?

Vi har avdekket at forskerne fikk avslag på fritak fra taushetsplikten og fra å innhente samtykke til forskning fra pasientene - tre ganger.
De gjennomførte forskningsprosjektet likevel.

Note the web domain is NOT the name of the charity. Again, using her daughter's name for the aesthetic but only as a façade for pernicious lobbying.

Clicking "Read More" Reveals her cause of death, but completely ignores transphobia and instead spends 4/5 paragraphs discussing Brianna's phone!

"Take the phone away" is the first item on the list of action recommended by anti-trans parents' orgs.
Do you not think it's bizarre to have strangers on the internet decide they know better than Brianna's own loved ones on what is or isn't insulting to her memory?
I've got no time for Rosie Duffield, but she turned up at a drop-in event in Parliament and that's been the limit of her involvement.
