part of the backstory to gamergate was red-eyed, froth-mouthed rage that a queer person made a Twine game

I'm sure there are genuine moral dilemmas and complicated issues which require the careful balancing of genuine, valid interests. I'm sure there's even a few that exist outside of PHIL 102 textbooks. "Trans rights" is, however, not one.

In this case, "complicated" means that we are being asked to consider the bigotry of transphobes as a valid perspective with moral significance; their violent hatred of trans people, we are asked to believe, must be treated as a moral interest that any solution must at least partially satisfy.

There's a question here that I don't think a lot of people want to ask, because the answer is just too grim to contemplate, and that's how is this murder not a policy victory for the British government? Is this not the intended outcome of smearing trans people as dangerous predators?

"cancelled for our views on biological sex" is a code phrase that means "given extreme lenience for actual crimes while continuing to be treated as relevant experts despite our demonstrable lack of competence"

Oh, and the site is riddled in ads and trackers. She's using her daughter's death to sell your data for pennies. PENNIES.
Note the web domain is NOT the name of the charity. Again, using her daughter's name for the aesthetic but only as a façade for pernicious lobbying.

No I need you to realise how insidious this is.
The FRONT PAGE of this "charity" wix site could easily fool you into thinking Brianna killed herself.
Clicking "Read More" Reveals her cause of death, but completely ignores transphobia and instead spends 4/5 paragraphs discussing Brianna's phone!
