It is amazing that people buy the idea that adding a for-profit industry (insurance companies) to the health care system will make things more efficient and cheaper. We pay the most for health care and still get shafted. Health care, education, and infrastructure should never be for profit.

hey do any of you have a line to bluesky support? i keep getting messages with explicit self harm imagery that they send by linking to posts with the imagery in DMs and it's becoming kind of a problem, I think they need to make it so that you can't embed posts with images in DMs

The "bluesky is an echo chamber" think pieces that keep popping up really tickle me because they show how certain people genuinely believe social media should be for debating and arguing and not talking about the things that make you happy and sharing art with the world.
