The writers room is at it again.
It has been brought to our attention that some sections of Article 1 are missing from the Constitution Annotated (constitution.congress.gov) website. We’ve learned that this is due to a coding error. We have been working to correct this and expect it to be resolved soon.

8) Bad process also means city permitting takes *YEARS* eg the new Hotel next to Allianz stadium, for which a fight over 5' of height took 18 months. What sane person would ever want to build anything in a market like this? Even with a landowner desperate to sell, how would you even get a loan?
