Starting today, I am going to start posting some summary information from DetentionReports.com for two facilities each day.
Roanoke City Jail is located in Roanoke, Virginia.

I just want people to remember that what this was was transparently obvious at the time and universally condemned. Hold on to that fact and don't let people change it under you.

That Denver Nuggets win is proof that it's not worth the dive into doomerism.

Officially a clutch game. The NBA can't reasonably hand out a fine to the Nuggets now.

The zombie nuggets are making this a game. Crowd is nervous.

Forgive me for this moment of self-pity...

I look forward to the Nuggets v Sixers all year. As soon as the schedule is announced, I add it to the calendar. Always get tickets to see my hometown team come to Philly.

Just happened to be extremely unlucky with injuries this year 😭😭😭
The following Nuggets are listed as out for tonight's game vs. Philadelphia:
Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, Aaron Gordon, Christian Braun, Cam Johnson, Tim Hardaway Jr., Jonas Valanciunas and Tamar Bates.

My favorite evidence that congestion pricing in New York has reshaped peoples’ behavior: we can see a surge of people trying to enter the zone before the price kicks up at 5 a.m., and after it decreases at 9 p.m.

It's almost as if they don't want to be treated the way they're treating the ICC staff.
DHS publicly accusing Hilton of a coordinated campaign in Minneapolis to refuse service to its law enforcement officers, alleging that when attempts were made to book rooms using official government emails and rates, the hotel chain "maliciously cancelled their reservations."

A reminder that the US killed 80 people in Venezuela, and it would be nice if the US media cared enough to think that the life of a grandmother in Caracas whose building is destroyed by a US bomb matters as much as the life of a person in the US.

Most of these countries are having no trouble noting that the Maduro regime was systematically repressive while also pointing out that the U.S. has violated the UN Charter and international law. This is not actually that complicated.

the latest example of ICE claiming a previously recognized government ID (issued by its own agency no less) is no longer valid
DHS says REAL ID, which DHS certifies, is too unreliable to confirm U.S. citizenship
It's the punch line to a bad joke that started 20 years ago when Congress passed the REAL ID Act.
