Trump should take note.
China relying on clean energy investments to reduce its CO2 emissions.
Trump, meantime, has aggressively blocked clean energy projects in favor of more oil and gas drilling
Could China, the world’s largest GHG emitter, have already reached or passed its carbon peak thanks to large-scale solar and wind rollouts?

Analysis shows their CO2 emissions have been flat or declining over the past 18 months.

Exactly. Miki Sherrill knows how she won the governor's race in NJ and it certainly isn't what's going on in the US Senate
This is really good to see: Miki Sherrill just put out a statement sharply criticizing the Senate Dems' pending cave in the government shutdown, ripping it as "malpractice" and a betrayal of the people who are "counting on us to fight for them." Sherrill knows what drove her victory. Wake up, Dems.

This is why a fair number of people stay home on election day and don't vote. What's the point, they ask, when no one stands up for them
This right here.
Chris Murphy: "There will be pretty substantial damage to a Dem brand that has been rehabilitated if on the heels of an election in which the people told us to keep fighting, we immediately stop... if we surrender without having gotten anything, I worry it'll be hard to get them back up off the mat"

What was the shutdown for if there is no deal on ACA credits?
A vote in December?
GOP is going to agree then?
What is the assurance?
Outline of the deal:
-Government funding through Jan. 2026
-backpay for federal employees
-Furlough prevention
-A vote on the ACA credits in December
-Undoes reductions in force from the shutdown put in place by Russ Vought

Here's more of the Trump administration's campaign to remove the accomplishments of Black people.
What is the point of taking away a memorial to Black soldiers who died in WW II?
And why would the Monuments Commission go along?
1/ The US Government has quietly removed a memorial to Black soldiers who died in World War II from the Netherlands American Cemetery in Margraten, South Limburg. The move follows a complaint from the right-wing Heritage Foundation to the American Battle Monuments Commission. ⬇️

Trump's 50 year mortgage idea benefits the lender with more interest payments.
The homeowner will have to wait longer to build equity.
This doesn't solve the housing affordability problem
BREAKING: President Trump announces his 50-year mortgage to solve the housing crisis.

At 7%, a 50-year mortgage means the bank earns more than double what the house costs. You hand over $1.36 million in interest just to live in a $500K home.

This post hits the nail on the head. Trump's envy of Obama is the driving force behind his deep disdain for the ACA
His "concept" of a Healthcare Plan is finally revealed. It involves eliminating the Insurance Industry & people purchasing their OWN, MUCH BETTER, HEALTHCARE. Unrelated, note his obsessive envy of Obama, historically rated 1 of our finest presidents, who he still believes was born in Kenya.

#sad 🤣

This should never happen in America. But Trump is determined to force hardship on Americans. Why..I have no idea
This is devastating and completely unnecessary. Release SNAP and open the government up.
November 8, 2025 at 8:59 PM
So Trump is proposing giving people on ACA a few thousand dollars to cover their health care?
One ER visit and that's about it.
🚨🚨 trump the unserious (and dangerous)
This is, unsurprisingly, nonsensical. Is he suggesting eliminating health insurance and giving people a few thousand dollars instead? And then when they get a cancer diagnosis they just go bankrupt?

He is so unserious. That's why we are shut down and Americans know it.

Trump gets another chance to comply with the order to fully fund SNAP.

President Trump is seen in the Oval Office after a man collapsed during a White House event.
