Better to piss off the faculty than the insane Governor, Lt Governor, and Legislatures in TX and pay people out when the time comes.

Unfortunately the lawmakers there won't advocate following the law and they hold all of the power of a public university.

They can make it to New College.
Texas Universities are now like police departments who would prefer to pay out the inevitable lawsuits rather than stop breaking the law
Texas A&M University will not reinstate a lecturer who was fired after a video of her teaching about gender identity in a children’s literature class went viral, despite a faculty appeals panel unanimously concluding that her dismissal was not justified.

Release the Jack Smith transcript.
Jack Smith is calling for the House Judiciary Committee to release the recording of his full closed-door deposition before the panel.

"Doing so will ensure that the American people can hear the facts directly from Mr. Smith, rather than through second-hand accounts."

As a Jew, it’s fun watching the administration post Christian nationalist messages while also saying they are doing everything they can to curb antisemitism.
Here’s the U.S. government being officially religious in a country with no official religion.

i really, really want to believe in public schools
You are painting a vision of a future in which teachers create lessons with "A.i.," students complete them with "A.i.," and teachers grade them with "A.i."

No learning takes place under this system.

The only benefactors of this system are the corporations being paid for the "A.i." products.
