secondly, @emilypeck.bsky.social is right. Nobody understands bonds, but, BUT! we all know from wutang to diversify our bonds, which is good enough

The letters appear to have been written quickly. Requests for documents repeatedly refer to "Minnesota" in letters addressed to other states.
