This guy was murdered by the government for absolutely no reason, and this fact will be lucky to get a fraction of a percent of the coverage given to dead squirrels and uneaten house pets.

It is not to protect a violent fascist government in Israel.

DOJ briefly uploaded this letter from Jeff Epstein to serial child molester Larry Nassar:

"Our president shares our love of young, nubile girls. When a young beauty walked by he loved to 'grab snatch,' whereas we ended up snatching grub in the mess halls of the system."

Another thing about this interminable discussion about using the R slur is that I stopped in 7th grade when my grandma heard me say it and told me it was hurtful. It isn’t a victim of “wokeness,” it is basic human decency that was easily communicated and understood between a 60 YO and a 13 YO.
“It turns out that banishing the slur from public discourse was, in fact, important. Because now it’s back and it turns out that it does matter when subtext becomes actual text, when terrible people enable open hatred and bigotry, encouraging others to emulate them, degrading us all.”
Perry: The return of the r-word
"These days, the r-word slur has become a staple of the American right wing, uttered with few professional or social consequences," David M. Perry writes.

The people running the actual United States of America will commit a war crime or torture a few hundred immigrants and IMMEDIATELY run to Twitter to do some “based” meme post about it and yet we still refuse to recognize that social media incentives are pretty much the poison killing modern society.
It’s so fucking obvious that the incentives here and on Twitter are what’s causing the Asshole Pride political moment the U.S. is living through.

But these people are so addicted to their microblogging dopamine habit that they refuse to confront the uncomfortable truth.

When I teaching the Holocaust I note the Holocaust museum’s definition of a concentration camp is a prison whose inmates are denied due process. These are by definition concentration camps.
These are concentration camps. No other way to describe them. Truly horrific, and none of it surprising in the least.
30 minutes. Some deportees described sexual assault. Detainee describes the guard sexually assaulting most detainees. Lights left on all day. Prisoners not given clean water.

Now the DHS tour. Nobody spoke to the detainees. Noem's video was in a different area of the prison.

It's important to note for the consultant people: Kat is tied for first place, she's raised more money in this race than anyone else, and she hasn't used Twitter in months.

It's a website filled with racist AI snuff films and it's rigged against you specifically. There's no good reason to use it.
This has always been a Bluesky-first campaign. But as of today, we will no longer be using Twitter. At all.

And I'm calling on other candidates to follow suit.

This by @parkermolloy.com is worth reading to the end: "The entire history of adversarial journalism depends on the premise that reporters can publish true, well-sourced information even when the subjects of that information would prefer they didn’t. What Weiss has done is abandon that premise."

In case you need to hear it from someone who was raised Hindu: Usha is not a hostage, she is an accomplice. She is culpable. Fuck her and the fascists she colludes with. May she go down with all of them. As Zohran ably demonstrates, our communities do not aspire to whiteness & don’t seek to appease.
Vance's latest rant has set off another misguided round of "free Usha" rhetoric. This isn't just inaccurate--she's wholly a part of this fascist project--it's dangerous. We can no longer afford to imagine fascism as smaller than it is. Hindu fascism is vast, too. No religion is immune.
