Also, there are a billion reasons why parents choose to formula feed, and they shouldn't have to explain their reasoning or show their work. (not a criticism of the post, but I rarely see this take.)

Or that Parker bequeathed her estate to MLK, and provided that upon his death, the estate would pass to the NAACP. The NAACP continues to benefit from her gift by licensing the use of her works.

If you weren’t in law school > 20 years ago, you may not realize how earth shaking this is. Judge Luttig was the paragon of conservative judges, clerking for him was the surest way to wind up clerking for Scalia or Thomas. He’s obviously changed a lot in retirement but this is still utterly unreal.
