From the absolutely stunning exhibit Anselm Kiefer: Becoming the Sea at the St Louis Art Museum, paired today by a 3D screening of Wim Wenders’s documentary. Some of these are site specific. If you are in St Louis or driving distance you should rush to see this. Closes January 25

Incredible.

Roland Reisley is 101 years old, the last original client of Frank Lloyd Wright. He still lives in the 3,200 square foot home that Wright built for him in 1952.

The price? $40,000. Or a little less than half a million in today's money.

Home video aficionados of a certain age will remember that Betamax owned 100% of the market in 1975, and a year later VHS was introduced and completely destroyed Betamax within five years
If historians know something it is this: nothing is inevitable just because it is popular. AI is not an exception. Nor is fascism.

If this is accurate, WeTransfer is unusable for professional creative work. Would violate most work-for-hire contracts to share copyrighted material with a third party like this.

How is this not a thing? Disney+ should just have 24/7 streams of animated features, Stars War and Marvel flicks, every old Star Trek should should be streaming at once on Paramount+ - just recreate the experience of dropping into a fascinating cable TV marathon.
Every streaming service should have at least a dozen "On Now" offerings of their most popular shows: never-ending,"live" playback of long-running series' in broadcast order.
