Afrofuturist heist game Relooted is now available!

It is a South African game where you reclaim real African artifacts from Western museums, as the end of the 21st century approaches.

It's a subject that has fascinated me for a long time, so it's nice to cover it in a video game.👌

No son, they are not "magically delicious." The workers made them delicious. This is a slogan meant to mystify the social conditions of labor

So weird that one Hollywood director in a midlife crisis results in a toy company wasting millions of dollars trying to foist action figures of a middle-aged Peter Pan on kids who couldn’t care less about such weird old rich-people-without-any-real-problems nonsense: youtu.be/hpDjb6Mz3lk?...

Pittsburgh was lucky enough to have a nifty old-timey amusement park in Kennywood - it was so good that, despite constant advertising for Conneaut and Geauga Lake parks, my family never bothered with them: youtu.be/sYroOofMuos?...

Dismissed because of jurisdictional confusion, it should be stressed, rather than any new revelation that would discredit the survivors of sexual assault who have come forward.

I love comic books where if the heroes got a new base or we visited the villain's lair, we'd get a map.

I keep meaning to go back to this - I “only” socked, like, a dozen hours into it (and I’ve even bought all the DLC packs as they’ve popped up super cheap over the years)

Monster Times 1, no. 26 (September 1973), 15.

At the recent ST-Equicon speculation ran the full spectrum from delighted anticipation to utter dread. A few Trekkies are so utterly horrified by the prospect of the animated series that they are already readying petitions to protest its very existence.

As someone who hates how movie marketing campaigns can last over a year, I guess I should be glad that Disney seems to care as little about this new Star Wars movie as everyone else does, but still, it's weird to see Disney being so "eh" about something they paid $4 billion for just a decade ago.
It’s wild that there is a new Star Wars movie for the first time in 7 years that’s just 3 months away… and it feels like there’s almost nothing about it.
