I have difficulty even putting into words how much it troubles me that this is happening in schools.
My high school junior has been reduced to tears multiple times this year, because her English teacher requires them to run all their papers through AI to make sure it won’t be flagged as AI when she grades them. 3 times AI has told my child, whom I watched write the paper, that AI wrote the paper.
