"A little bit of something beats a lot of nothing. Break the largest of difficult tasks into the smallest of steps and it can be done." ~Dan Millman

I noticed this quote today in the office of a principal who passed away recently, someone who was inspiring in her care for #STL kids. 💙

Good advice.

Voters want a Democratic Party that fights back against the forces that have rigged the system and made their lives more difficult.

A party that comforts the afflicted and afflicts the comfortable —not a party that buckles and capitulates.

When will party leadership learn this lesson?

What is a chore that you choose to find joy in? I've been trying to do that with grocery shopping. It really is a wonder that I can go to one colorful place and get everything from butternut squash and kale to chocolate to tea to pumpkin beer to cat food

Weekly recap: Nov. 2 to 8

Our teachers guided 11 groups of BWorks students in a variety of Earn-A-Bike, Earn-A-Computer and Learn-To-Ride lessons this week. Much of that learning and fun took place at local schools and at our headquarters, and still other sessions brought us to Vitendo4Africa 1/3

"If Trump cares about Christians or anyone else in Nigeria, all he needs to do is restore aid and let babies live."

Horrifying times as American Christians continue to fall for the idea that Trump loves Jesus (he doesn't) and them (he doesn't care about you).

An easy thing you can do to help bring more children joy and safety and outdoor activity is to directly share vids of bike buses, which are a global movement centering children's active transportation to and from school. Please help uplift youth bike education and bike buses as worthy of investment!
